Slack Sans

Slack Sans — the proprietary corporate typeface of Slack Technologies (a Salesforce company), used as the primary marketing and on-screen display face across Slack's product surfaces, brand center, and marketing site since the 2019 Pentagram-led rebrand. Slack Sans is a humanist sans-serif optimized for clarity at small UI sizes and warmth at editorial display sizes.

Attribution
Slack Sans is a proprietary licensed typeface owned by Slack Technologies, LLC (a Salesforce company). Use is restricted to Slack's own marketing and to partners under Slack's brand-use guidelines. External / public web rendering by non-Slack consumers must fall back to a comparable humanist sans.

Notes
Slack Sans is not publicly distributed. brand-atoms catalogues the family as an external reference so brand consumers can declare the desired identity; the actual font files must be obtained from Slack through its brand-use program. The recommended public-web fallback is Lato (already in the brand-atoms catalog) — a similarly humanist sans that approximates the rhythm of Slack Sans when the proprietary file is unavailable.
